Your school website will be available under the domain you chose during setup and you can visit it by entering the full url in your browser.

1. If you had chosen to use the SchoolsFocus subdomain(free hosting) plan, your domain will be available under schoolsfocus.net in the subdomain you provided. Example yourschool.schoolsfocus.net

2. If you had chosen to use your existing domain, you should visit it and your website will be available

3. If you had chosen to purchase a new domain name, we'll contact you and provide you with your domain after processing your request.

Accessing your portal depends on the domain option you chose.

1. If you requested for both the school website and portal service and you chose the SchoolsFocus free sub-domain hosting or your own domain hosting, you can access your portal by clicking the portal login link on your site's navigation menu. The location of the menu may change depending on the template you are using for your site.
 

2. If you requested for the portal only, you must have provided a sub-domain from which to access your portal. Example: maybe portal.your-custom-domain.com. Where portal is the sub-domain you provided and your-custom-domain.com is your custom domain.

 where yourdomain is the domain your site is hosted

B. If you are using your own registered domain

• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/student - for students to login their profiles
• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/parent  -For parents to login to the portal
• yourdomain.com/signin/signin/staff - For staff and admin functions

C. If you are using your custom domain

• portal.yourdomain.com/signin/signin/student - for students to login their profiles
• portal.yourdomain.com/signin/signin/parent  -For parents to login to the portal
• portal.yourdomain.com/signin/signin/staff - For staff and admin functions

where portal is the sub-domain you provided during setup.

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on your avatar on the navbar menu to visit your profile page.

3. Click on the Change Password tab. You should see a page similar to the image below.

4. Enter your current password in the space provided and click "Next". You should check your email address for your password reset link.

Click the button on the top right side of the page.
